So as to further accelerate the cultivation and education of young teachers, on the morning of 1st March, at the conference room on the second floor, Anqing Foreign Language School convened the ‘Blue Project’ conference, other known as the Master-Prentice Mode in this new semester. The conference was chaired by Director Zhang Li. In attendance were 14 pairing teachers.
Initially, Director Zhang Li reviewed Anqing Foreign Language School’s fine traditions and outstanding achievements in the past in terms of the ‘Blue Project’.
Furthermore, Director Zhang Li proceeded detailed arrangements with regard to this term’s apprenticeship partnership and work plans.
Additionally, Director Zhang Li put forward valuable suggestions to new teachers and required young teachers to be modest and eager to learn. In the meantime, they were supposed to seek advice and learn from their advisers to do more thinking so that they would be good at summing up and make steadfast effort in work to let their splendor burst into bloom in the near future.
All in all, the interactions of apprenticeship partnership not only provided a favorable condition for speeding up young teachers’ professional development, but also established a platform for teachers to learn form each other and realize mutual development. We firmly believe that the Master-Prentice spirit shall be passed down form generation to generation and play an irreplaceable part in the construction of the teaching body.
